The  river bank, so scenic and bright

A place where nature's beauty takes its pride

The gentle flow of the water

Creates a sense of peace, a sense of grace 

The trees stood tall on the river bed, 

Their leaves rustle in the wind's soft end

Their reflections dance upon the stream

Creating a kaleidoscope of colour, 

The soothing sound of the river

Echoes through the valley all around

The wildlife all in a chorus , 

A symphony that can't be beat and so sweet

The sun bids good bye , the sky ablaze

The river's flow, a gentle haze

The stars appear, the night's embrace

A magical end to a perfect place
